Welcome to Briar’s daily journal. This is where Briar writes about everything she learns daily, mostly for her own personal record. Never stop learning ♥

Good evening to ya! I have a few unique things to share today, I’m hanging out with my friend and thus have a random batch of facts to write about.
-The narrator in the Series of Unfortunate Events Netflix series is the same guy who voices Kronk. We watched the first and last episode of the series, and I don’t think we missed much by skipping the middle. I couldn’t unhear Kronk after I learned that was who it was.
-Daniel Handler wrote the Series of Unfortunate Events, but he went by the pen name of Lemony Snicket. He wrote several other books under that name as well.
He came up with the name of Lemony Snicket because he was researching his first novel. He needed to contact right-wing organizations, but he didn’t want to give out his real name. It became an inside joke among his friends, so it was a no-brainer when it was time to choose a pseudonym.
-There is a theory out there that most movies push a religion called Gnosticism. It’s a bit strange just how many parallels were in Wreck-It Ralph. Anyway, it was an interesting theory, and it was crazy just how many movies seem to be written in a way that appears to support this subconsciously.
-My friend was telling me about strange Discord servers. She’s a part of a counting server where all people do is count. It’s up to well over 9 million, and she told me she has the power to wreck years of work by messing it up if she really wanted to(of which she does not want to do). To get into the 9 million server, you need to count over 10,000 numbers without mistakes and have someone vouch that you won’t mess it up.
And that is all that I know of! Thanks for reading!

That counting server sounds like a lot of fun. ;)
