Uhhhhhhh well, the unfortunate part about my cheesemaking thus far is that they haven’t tasted the best. I made mozzarella when my grandparents were in town a couple weeks ago and they all quietly nibbled to not hurt my feelings 🤣 it needed salt and I pressed out too much liquid.

I do have high hopes for this cheddar cheese so I’m crossing my fingers it will end up being my favorite. Cheddar has also been more fun to make and we get to wax it in class next week!
